From the material, broadcasted yesterday on Nova Television, it didn’t become clear, that Angelina is already in Germany. It happened that way, because the material was shot on Wednesday, 28th October – day before the family leave for Germany.

What imposed the quick and urgent departure?

After her family contacted multiple clinics in Germany, asking for help and advice about Angie’s condition, a professor and an associate professor concluded, that the treatment she passed until now with strong chemiotherapy is absolutely unsuitable for her condition and with the diagnosis. In Germany, such a practice is halted more than 15 years ago (according to her German doctor).
Angie bears hard the chemiotherapy and her parents do not have the support from Bulgarian side. Helped by their friends, they decide to leave as soon, as possible. Their aim is the child to be prepared for the future intervention.
Meanwhile, the tests of Angie’s brother stem cells are ready. The bad news is that he is not an appropriate donor. This imposes the search of other donor, which will cost 15 000 euro (this amount is not included in the total of 200 000 leva). The sum is necessary for the immediate start of the search for a donor.

Mainly with their own funds and gathered from friends, 15 000 euro are transferred to the German hospital’s bank account.

Summary: 200 000 euro are necessary for marrow transplantation.
30 000 euro were necessary when Angelina was admitted in the hospital. These money were provided by the family and their friends.
15 000 euro for finding a donor were provided by Angie’s family, too.

With your help, we have to gather the remaining 170 000 euro.
